The Change Engine serves as an executive-level overview of projects within a team, department, or practice. It establishes a centralized hub for project work, enhancing team efficiency, promoting clarity and transparency, and aligning everyone to deliver value.

During my 2024 internship, my project focused on redesigning The Change Engine to create a better project organization experience for project managers and executives at Kyndryl. I gained valuable UX experience, including working on data architecture, conducting interviews, and learning various UX protocols.

Our output was a redesigned dashboard covering every page. The new design is modern, sleek, aligns with Kyndryl's brand guidelines while also adding pops of color with round edges for a welcoming, personalized experience.
